Dan Miller
CEO
Dan grew up working in his family's business: Miller Construction. His first job was field carpenter in the agricultural and commercial divisions. Later, he used his finance and management degree to help Miller develop and lease properties. He also began building and nurturing construction relationships in the company's commercial division. In 1990, Dan purchased the construction and architectural portion of Miller. Today, Dan's priority is continuing the company's mission of creating relationships focused on integrity, value and trust.

 

 

 

 

Joe Seifert
President
Joe leads our professional Miller team with his 21 years of varied construction industry experience. He offers valuable knowledge about everything from architectural design, mechanical engineering design and drafting to construction project management and company management. With enthusiasm, creativity and hard work, Joe instills a system to provide you with an efficient and pleasant construction experience.

 

 

 

 

Dave TeBrake
Executive Vice President
Dave is passionate about turning client dreams for facilities into reality. He has helped develop successful building projects for 20 years. He serves the worship and funeral home divisions, and oversees daily sales and marketing efforts. Dave considers his profession of building facilities "a lifestyle" dedicated to client and community service.

 

 

 

 

David Jongeward
CFO
David is dedicated to providing and facilitating outstanding customer service. A former public accountant, he brings more than 34 years of real estate and construction experience to your project. David has performed property management functions for more than 1,000,000 square feet of office and commercial warehouse properties. He also has developed and secured financing for various real estate projects.

Don Henderson

With more than 40 years of experience in construction, Al has worked in many areas throughout the building industry, including project designer, carpenter, surveyor, project manager, and development consultant. Al is responsible for new business development and client relations in our commercial division. Al works directly with the client and project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are handled in a cost-effective, thorough and professional manner.

 

 

 

 

Larry Johnson
Development Consultant – Senior Housing
Larry has over 30 years of extensive experience in senior housing development, operations and finances. He has worked with over 200 projects throughout the United States in the areas of nursing homes, senior living, home health services, adult daycare, assisted living and memory care communities. Larry has also been involved in financing over $100 million in various types and programs of senior housing projects.
