Two separate building additions to the existing Temperance Lake Senior Living facility. The project is comprised of:
1) A 7,300 s.f., 9 - bed, slab on grade memory care addition of wood framed, fire rated construction with minimal maintenance exterior finishes and accessories.
2) A 5,000 s.f., slab on grade medical clinic addition of wood framed, fire rated construction with minimal maintenance exterior finishes and accessories.
