 •Two, two-story buildings will include four resident households
•Renovation of the existing facility to include redesigning existing resident rooms into four resident households as well as the creation of a "Main Street" area including lobby and reception area, enlarged coffee and gift shop, new theater and activity space, welcome and hospitality suite, and consolidated administrative offices
